1. Be the expert in process management for point-of-sale materials (POSM) and activations
2. Work closely with marketing to develop POSM and ensure impactful display materials and messages at point of purchase on time
3. Ensure implementing effective sales tools for NPD, Sampling, Promotion, event by channel
4. Communicate the detail of execution to sales team and merchandizer to ensure they understand the objective and mechanic properly and can solve the issue during execution process
5. Monitor slow moving product and propose solution to clear slow moving stock
6. Tracking and evaluate NPD and competitor’s movement
7. Analyzing category data and provide insights to Trade Marketing Category Manager upon request. (Nielsen Answer and Tesco Dunnhumby Data)
8. Coordinate with supplier and purchasing for issuing PR / PO process.
9. Manage and control POSM spending of all activity programs within budget alignment
10. Handle for administration task
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing and sales
3. Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
4. Strong sense of responsibility and good leadership
5. Strong creative ideas and adaptability
6. Good computer skills in Microsoft office
7. Skills in displays, promotions and below-the-line activities development
