1. Create and launch new products
2. Overseeing the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and deadlines
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on product strategies
4. Conducting market research to identify consumer trends and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions
5. Tracking and analyzing the performance of products post-launch, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Food science, food technology or any related field
2. At least 5 yrs experience in product development, preferably in a food industry
3. Proficiency in product development processes, project management tools, data analysis, and relevant software applications
4. Able to communication in English
5. Good at problem-solving with abilities to address challenges
6. Able to work in Samutsakorn Area 7. Able to work Mon-Sat
