1. Assist in the identification, evaluation and implementation of packaging innovation/cost optimization to achieve performance, functionality and design requirements
2. Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendation and implementation of packaging materials designs and configurations
3. Provide innovative, timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments for new or existing packaging and material handling systems
4. Work with manufacturing facility to support packaging performance including documentation, communication, analysis, trouble-shooting and follow up
1. Bachelor’s in Packaging Technology or any related field
2. 1-5 years experience in R&D packaging
3. Knowledge of packaging development, packaging materials and technology in a food and beverage industry is preferred
4. Positive and self-driven, a hunger to learn and ability to work independently
5. Good communication in English
6. AutoCad skills is a plus
7. Able to relocate or travel to Samutsakorn 8. Able to work on Saturday
