1.Develops cost saving project proposals and write projects as needed
2. Implements and administers control of cost reduction projects
3. Studies and analyzes current processes and identify areas for improvement to reducemanpower and cost
4. Prepares costing (DL/OH) of new products, update the existing and others as assigned
5. Performs accurate time studies, combine process steps if possible for a balance line
6. Recommends and designs methods to increase productivity, efficiency and maximizemachines, materials and manpower utilization
7. Prepares monthly manpower allocation, capacity ulitization, std. capacity,overheadconsumption, std. changeover time, line balancing,and other standards
Qualifications
1.Educational qualifications industrial engineering , Manufacturing industry or relatedfields
2. At least 1 year experience in industrial factory, preferably a food factory
3.Experience in cost saving projects
4.Skill Kaizen/ 7 wastes/ ECRS/ PDCA cycle
5.Lean manufacturing/ Six sigma/ 7 QC Tools/ TQM/ TPM
6.English communication 7.Problem solving
